These terms govern your use of the Ospee website (ospee.com) and the Ospee apps. By using Ospee, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Ospee is a QR ordering and table-experience platform: guests scan a table QR code to view a digital menu and place orders, staff confirm and prepare them, and the venue serves and takes payment. Ospee is a companion to a venue’s existing till — it is not a payment processor, point-of-sale, or delivery service, and it never handles money. Payment always happens at the venue.
Accounts and access
Staff accounts are created and managed by each venue. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your login. Tell your venue if you believe your access has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or another venue’s data, no reverse engineering except as allowed by law, and no using Ospee to break any law.
Orders, payment and the venue
Placing an order through Ospee is a request sent to the venue. The venue confirms, prepares, serves, prices, and takes payment for orders, and is responsible for the accuracy of its menu, pricing, and allergen or dietary information. Ospee is not a party to the transaction between a guest and a venue.
Content and intellectual property
The Ospee platform, software, and branding belong to Ospee. A venue’s menu, images, and other content remain the venue’s, which grants Ospee the rights needed to display and operate them within the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Ospee available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, add, or discontinue features.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ospee is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for matters that are the venue’s responsibility (such as food, service, pricing, or payment). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory local law provides otherwise.
